At Dolce Vita Salon & Spa our service provider team is made up of 6 different Levels so that we can provide you with the best experience within a range of prices at each level that best suits your needs.

Our level system is not like typical level systems in the beauty industry. At Dolce Vita we have amazing service providers with over a decade of experience even at our Level 1 pricing. Our level system is determined by the demand of each providers time, not specifically on the years of experience. Sometimes we may have a new service provider who joins us from another location, or a previously part time stylist who switches to full time so their current time demands are less until they build their client base. 

 

As our service providers time demands increase, they earn promotions and advance to the next level. We understand that guests may not be able to continue their journey onto the next pricing level with a provider but we take pride in our team oriented culture and your provider will be happy to assist you with another provider in your price range.

All of our providers are required to attend in-house training, receive certifications and are given opportunities for education outside of our salon in order to advance in the Level system. We have an associate & a mentorship program prior to stylists advancing to a Level 1 position. Typically we would have 4 levels of an Associate program prior to advancing to a Level 1. So rest assured that even at our Level1 you are in great hands with the top artists in the area.
